Worlds Best GlitterClassic Iridescent Creme blends  is 21 grams of cosmetic oil based glitter cream formulated with high quality polyester glitters made with cocoa butter. This stackable includes five color varieties made to WOW you. Because this is a cream glitter it is easily applied on top of dried face paint leaving the design beneath intact. Worlds Best Glitter uses less medium and more glitter in order to give you the most shiny effects without the extra goop. Recommendation for best results apply sparingly to the face with a finger or silicone applicator. Do not apply too close to eyes or use on children under 3 years old.
